Vestax began in Japan in 1977 as a company design and manufacture of electronic guitars. In the eighties, Vestax introduced in the market a multitrack cassette, which competed with other portaestudios from Yamaha, Tascam or Fostex. Today, Vestax is much better known for developing signal processors, DJ mixers, turntables and CD players. Focusing on the needs of clubs and DJs, their mixers have become favorites for many of the most renowned artists of the electronic scene.
